My tenure on Hireology's marketing team as the sole graphic designer proved to be one of the most challenging yet immensely gratifying milestones in my career. Little did I know, I would have the opportunity to build a brand identity from the ground up. I pioneered a distinctive style that remains integral to their visual presence today, fostering cohesive relationships across departments to ensure a unified look and feel throughout the company and constantly evolved based on performance and metrics to increase ROI and conversions. During my time at Hireology, I undertook the creation of all designed marketing content, sales materials, presentation decks, event materials, email templates, and an array of other projects. Looking back, I take immense pride in the comprehensive brand experience I cultivated and consider myself fortunate for the invaluable chapter this has been in my professional journey.
